Spiritless Tequila Eggnog


  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 oz. Jalisco 55
  • 2.5 oz. Amontillado Sherry
  • 6 oz. Whole Milk
  • Heavy Cream
  • Nutmeg for Garnish


Beat eggs in blender for one minute on medium speed. Slowly add sugar and blend for one additional minute. With blender still running slowly add tequila, sherry, milk and cream until combined. Chill thoroughly to allow flavors to combine and serve in chilled glass. Dust with fresh nutmeg before serving.
