At Spiritless, our goal is to provide best-in-class customer experience. That’s why we offer a sip-satisfaction, money-back guarantee for first-time customers on the purchase of a single bottle or multipack carton of our pour-over cans. If you try us for the first time and it’s not love at first sip, email us as hello@spiritless.com for a full refund.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Spiritless refunds are limited to purchases made on spiritless.com. We are not able to refund orders that were purchased on other online platforms, such as Amazon, or any physical retail locations.
We require that email requests for refund be received in the hello@spiritless.com inbox within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After the 30-day period, orders on spiritless.com are no longer eligible for refund.
QUANTITY LIMITS
The Spiritless money-back return policy is specific to customers buying products for personal use and not for resale or wholesale. We limit our refunds to single units — 1 x 375ml glass bottle, 1 x 700ml glass bottle, or 1 x 12-pack case of pour-over cans — for first-time buyers.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly packed so we can review your order and shipping history in order to resolve any issues.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
CONFIRMATION & REIMBURSEMENT
For all approved refunds, you will receive email confirmation from hello@spiritless.com. Once confirmed, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
