Order Processing:

Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order.  Make sure to check your email or SMS for your order confirmation.  We’ll also reach out once your order is shipped with more information.

Domestic Shipping:

Once your order ships, you can expect to start sipping within 5-8 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

Don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send an email and/or SMS notification that will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If you've created an account with us, you can also check on the status of your order at any time by simply logging in.

If you believe there to be an issue with your order, please contact us via our contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, Spiritless does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged items

We know presentation is important, that’s why we worked so hard to create the perfect vessel to hold your non alcoholic spirits.  That said, we know accidents can happen during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. Damaged orders are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
