Lemon Olive Oil Elixir

Ingredients

• 2 Lemon with Peels
• 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 2 tbsp. Honey
• Small Knob of Ginger
• 2oz. Jalisco 55 or Kentucky 74
• Lemon Zest with Salt Rim

Recipe

Blend lemon with peels, olive oil, honey and ginger and 3 cups of water in a blender. Strain all liquid and add to glass. Add Jalisco 55 and shake. Strain into rimmed cocktail glass. Top with olive oil.
