Spiritless Kentucky 74 Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Spiritless Kentucky 74
• 2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters, such as Fee Brothers
• Demerara sugar cube
• 4 to 6 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
• Lemon twist

Recipe:

Place a demerara sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute and add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters and Kentucky 74. Muddle to break apart the sugar cube, then top with champagne. Squeeze lemon oil from a piece of lemon peel, then add as a garnish to the glass.
