2 oz. Spiritless Kentucky 74
¾ oz. grapefruit juice
¾ oz. pomegranate syrup (recipe follows)
4 to 6 oz. Ceria Indiewave IPA
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Add all the ingredients except the Ceria Indiewave to a shaking tin and quickly shake with ice (approximately 5 to 7 seconds) to chill. Add 4 to 6 oz. of Ceria Indiewave IPA to chilled ingredients to the shaking tin. Double-strain cocktail into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
