Polo Buck

Ingredients

• 2 oz Spiritless Kentucky 74
• 1 Strawberry, Cut
• ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 2 Mint Sprigs
• 2 oz Ginger Beer
• Ice

Recipe

Combine 1 sprig of mint, lime juice, and strawberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add Kentucky 74 and ice and shake until cold. Pour into glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with remaining mint and a fresh strawberry.
