Matcha Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Jalisco 55
- 2 oz. Coconut Milk
- 1 oz. Matcha
- ¼ oz. Runamok Syrup
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice
Recipe
Prepare matcha so that it has time to cool a bit before adding to your cocktail. I did 1 bar spoon, which measures out to be ¼ of an ounce. Add hot water and mix well to reduce clumps — set aside. Add ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with sifted matcha.
