Jalisco 55 Spicy Mango Margarita
2 oz. Mango Puree*
1 oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Agave Syrup (or adjust for taste)
Dash Green Hot Sauce
½ cup Ice
For Garnish: Tajin Clasico
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into Tajin-rimmed margarita glass and serve.
Rim glass with Tajin by rubbing a lime piece around the edge of glass and rolling the top of the glass in Tajin. Brush off excess Tajin.
Simple at Home
1 oz. Spiritless Jalisco 55, 1 oz. tequila
*Make your own mango puree by combining 2 to 2 ½ cups of fresh or frozen mango and 2 tablespoons of water and then blending until smooth. Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator or pop in the freezer.
