Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto Liqueur
• 1 oz. Kentucky 74
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Egg White
• Garnish: Lemon Twist
• Garnish: 2 Brandied Cherries

Recipe

Add ingredients to the shaker and dry-shake (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
