Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto Liqueur
- 1 oz. Kentucky 74
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Egg White
- Garnish: Lemon Twist
- Garnish: 2 Brandied Cherries
Recipe
Add ingredients to the shaker and dry-shake (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
