Garnishes
Say hello to herbs as a garnish for your spring cocktails. There’s so many to choose from, but our favorites are sprigs of rosemary or mint leaves. We’re clearly gravitating towards botanical flavors recently, because another spring garnish we’re loving is edible flowers. These are super versatile and can be used to top off a drink or even mixed with sugar to coat the rim of a glass.

Mixers
Keep things light, fizzy, and fruity when it comes to mixers in your go-to spring cocktail recipes. Try mixers like blood orange juice, grapefruit soda, or sparkling wine for bright and refreshing cocktails.

Flavor Pairings
Spring means new flavor pairings to play around with in cocktails. Our favorite is blueberry & lemon which is also seen a lot in the world of baking. The sweetness of blueberries married with the tart of lemon - what more could you want? Another one we’re loving this spring is elderflower and lavender. This pairing is super delicate in flavors, but has a beautiful floral sweetness that makes it perfect for spring cocktails.
