Caramel Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Jalisco 55
- 1 oz. Espresso Syrup from Cheeky Cocktails
- 1 oz. Caramel Syrup
- Top with Carmel Cold Foam*
- Caramel Drizzle
- Coffee Beans to Garnish
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a coupe glass. Top with caramel cold foam. Garnish with caramel & espresso beans.
*Caramel Cold Foam
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 1 ounce 2% milk
- 1 ½ ounce caramel syrup
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
