Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Jalisco 55
  • 1 oz. Espresso Syrup from Cheeky Cocktails
  • 1 oz. Caramel Syrup
  • Top with Carmel Cold Foam*
  • Caramel Drizzle
  • Coffee Beans to Garnish

Recipe

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a coupe glass. Top with caramel cold foam. Garnish with caramel & espresso beans.

*Caramel Cold Foam

  • 2 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 ounce 2% milk
  • 1 ½ ounce caramel syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
