Spiritless Hot Chocolate
- 2 oz. Spiritless Kentucky 74
- 2 oz. heavy cream or non-dairy alternative + 2 oz. of water (4 oz of warm milk or non-dairy alternative would work, too!)
- 4 tablespoons powdered drinking chocolate, such as Chocolat Moderne or good ol’ Swiss Miss
- Marshmallows (obviously)
Bring water and heavy cream to a boil on the stovetop. Reduce to a simmer and stir in drinking chocolate until melted. Combine all ingredients in a warm mug and top with marshmallows. Give yourself a pat on the back if you then toast your marshmallows to perfection with a baker’s torch.
