Whether you’re decking the halls or fa-la-la-la-la-ing, ‘tis the season to be jolly and put a little jingle in your bells. Spiritless is here to help you sleigh — and make spirits brighter — with our five one-of-a-kind holiday gift sets.
Each set features original art by our friend and fellow Austinite, Emily Eisenhart. If her work looks a little familiar, well, it should. She’s collaborated with Starbucks, Whole Foods, Lululemon, Yeti and Madewell, among other well-known brands. But she’s also splashed city streetscapes, community spaces and small galleries with her vibrant colors, whimsical designs and signature squiggles.
About Emily Eisenhart
Emily Eisenhart is a multidisciplinary artist based in Austin, Texas. The daughter of an artist and anthropologist, she grew up with a paintbrush in one hand and a field book in the other. An avid adventurer, she is constantly exploring, and her work is heavily inspired by the shapes, patterns, and natural colors around her. With a formal background in Cultural Anthropology, Emily approaches many of her projects as an ethnographer, diving deep into the culture of a place to create dynamic color palettes and story-driven artwork. Her work can be found on many muraled walls around her home base of Austin and the country.
About the Collaboration
“I was invited by the Spiritless team to collaborate on several limited edition art pieces of their holiday gift box. As an Austin artist, I am keen to partner with vibrant local brands who care deeply about instilling joy and building community (and bonus points if they are also women-founded businesses!). Spiritless is a brand that is vibrant, refreshing, feisty, and fun. Creating custom artwork across several products – glassware, notecard, ornament, and a deck of playing cards – was invigorating as a visual artist. The brand has harmoniously married classic charm (a nod to their roots with Kentucky 74) with contemporary design and brand language that is fresh, colorful, and inviting. The patterns and motifs that I designed are all a reflection of the elements that weave together an unforgettable Spiritless experience - from the beautiful glassware to the quality ingredients, the vivacious conversations amongst friends to the activities enjoyed by the Spiritless community (including playing cards…which can now be done with a limited edition playful card deck!).
As someone who enjoys quality time spent with others over drinks, I am thrilled to see Spiritless leading the way in bringing alternative spirits to the table that cleverly help you feel not only indulgent and fancy in the moment, but fresh and breezy the next day.
