You may be wondering...
You'll miss a little bit of the burn, because frankly that's what alcohol does. But as passionate drinkers ourselves, we knew a little bit of heat was necessary, so you'll find that in Kentucky 74 and Jalisco 55.
Spiritless can be enjoyed as you would any full-proof spirit, but we think it's best in a classic cocktail like an Old Fashioned or a Margarita.
Pair Spiritless with your favorite full-proof spirits in your cocktail of choice, we call these cocktails HALFSIES™. Or, go completely Spiritless and enjoy without the alcohol.
Allergen free - milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans
We have exemplified the core flavor building blocks of each hero spirit.
For bourbon - oak, smoke, vanilla, caramel. In addition to that, there is a little pepper that adds a bit of heat to mimic the bourbon hug we all know and love.
For tequila - you'll catch a whiff of zesty citrus, fresh sweet mint and just a touch of cinnamon which helps replicate your favorite reposado-style agave spirit.
Like any other spirit, Spiritless can live on your bar cart or in your liquor cabinet – no need to refrigerate! – Spiritless is good for 12 months, opened, on the shelf!
We understand that for some, choosing non-alcoholic spirits may not be a part of their lifestyle. Spiritless was designed for drinkers and non-drinkers alike who want to consume a delicious cocktail that looks, smells, and tastes like the real thing -- minus the alcohol. Some consumers who are actively practicing sobriety may feel that it isn't right for them, but for those making the lifestyle choice to cut back or lower their alcohol consumption, we think Spiritless is an ideal option!
We are non-alcoholic by FDA standards. That said, it's always a good idea to consult your physician with any questions you may have before making the decision to consume Spiritless.
Our proprietary distillation process tells a story of craft & care.
1 / Mix
A variety of hand- selected American oak is combined with a high-proof neutral grain spirit.
2 / Thermal Extraction
By modulating the heat and pressure in the still, we imitate the barrel aging process seen in traditional spirits, over multiple years, in a matter of hours.
3 / Cooling
The intensely flavored high-proof oak-infused spirit cools in preparation for the next phase.
4 / Reverse Distillation
The reverse distillation process separates ethanol from our Kentucky 74 distillate. The ethanol is then removed and repurposed for the next batch; we call this our “regenerative ingredient.”
The distillate that remains in the still is non- alcoholic. This is where Kentucky 74 is born.
5 / Blending
Just like a fine craft Bourbon, Kentucky 74 is blended by selecting specific totes from various distillations, each with a unique character. Our distiller selects the perfect combination of totes to create Kentucky 74, a smooth, balanced spirit with hints of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
6 / Bottling
After blending to perfection, Kentucky 74 is ready for bottling. Our bottles are then filled and capped with our hand-stained red mahogany cork stopper.
Don't Just Take it From Us
Spiritless was a wonderful surprise! Great flavor. Tried with friends who mixed it with full strength and everyone enjoyed a little less alcohol and plenty of flavor. Can't wait to make a Julep!
I have tried almost every alcohol-free option on the market...I should have known it would be the women of the world that would perfect it! I'll #OrderItSpiritless from now on! Thank you!
The best alternative whiskey. I've pretty much tried every non-alcoholic whiskey alternative on the market and Kentucky 74 is, by far, the best. I would recommend it to anyone for any season!
Can't Wait For More!
I get to have a tasty beverage that reminds me of the bourbon I gave up without negatives of daily alcohol. Will be a repeat customer. Can't wait for you all to come out with more products.
Wonderful NA spirit!
I have tried all sorts of NA wines/champagnes/ spirits etc. and have hated every one of them so I thought I would give this product a try to see if it was like all the other sad, watery, disappointments. I was a little apprehensive based on my previous experiences, but was seriously so surprised when I tried it. I actually liked it a lot. It is about time someone makes a quality NA spirit. Really grateful
Oak and Smoke!
Makes a wicked whiskey sour! If you every wondered what a whiskey sour made with a Pappy 23 would taste like this would be it. KY74 is a unique punch of oak and smoke that makes a mixed drink taste like you used some very old and expensive bourbon. Drinking straight will take some time to get use to but it blends and mixes really well.

Love the whiskey! I have been making half-and-half Manhattans and they are lovely. I need to work on some better mixers for the tequila because I have not used it up as fast :-)

I found these to be very good when mixed… experimenting with different ingredients is part of the fun. There is a learning curve, but worth the process.

This is the second set of no alcohol spirits I’ve tried. It is much better than the first!

We like this bundle; both the 'bourbon' and 'tequila' are good for making mixed drinks that are free of alcohol.
I like mixing one shot of the 'tequila' with one shot of Jordan's Skinny Mix (margarita flavor) plus some lime-flavored sparkling water - this recreates a traditional margarita without all of the sugar and alcohol.
My plans for the 'bourbon' is to pair it with some non-alcoholic vermouth, plus a splash of Jordan's syrup (cherry flavor) and some orange bitters to create a non-alcoholic Manhattan.
Alone, neither 'spirit' tastes like tequila/bourbon but when mixed with other things they are close enough. They're priced about the same as their alcoholic counterparts, which is a bit wild to me.
